Biography

​Label-free based on vibrational spectroscopy and multi-photon methods (coherent Raman microscopy, SHG, THG) and fluorescent imaging methods applied to biology and medicine. Ultrafast dynamics of complex condensed phase systems and interfaces.  Role of the protein dynamics in its functions. Development and application of ultrafast methods in spectroscopy and microscopy (IR/visible femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy, time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy)​. Development of methods and applications for Global and Target analysis of time-resolved spectroscopy and microscopy data. Developing an application called Glotaran: glotaran.org
